Returns & Exchanges

1. Criteria

  • Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including any charms!).
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items received back damaged,
    altered, or showing signs of wear.
  • In person orders (ie, at Pop-ups) are non-refundable.
  • Second hand Collection items are non-refundable.

2. How to request a Refund/Exchange

  1. Email ppequires@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange OR use the contact form below. Please include the following details: Name of Order/Order No./Reason for return or exchange.
  2. Wait for our confirmation before sending your item back. We cannot accept returns/exchanges without prior approval.
  3. Please check your junk email for our response.

3a. Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • £5 admin fee per belt returned will be deducted from your refund to reflect the cost and risk of holding low-volume, made-to-order stock.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

3b. Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for postage costs.
  • Once we receive your item back in acceptable condition, you’ll be issued store credit for the value of your item, which can be used toward your replacement.
  • A £5 exchange fee will be issued to account for the fact that we then have specific size belts to sell rather than having fresh leather which is made to order.
  • Store credit will be sent by email and is valid for 12 months.
  • Please check your junk email for your store credit code.

3c. Faulty/Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
