Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Pin & Pop item. However, if it’s not quite right, you may be able to return or exchange it.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email ppequires@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
  2. Wait for our confirmation before sending your item back. We cannot accept returns/exchanges sent without prior approval.
  3. Please check your junk email for our response.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including any charms!).
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items received back damaged, altered, or showing signs of wear.
  • In person orders (ie, at Pop-ups) are non-refundable.

Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • A £5 admin fee per belt returned will be deducted from your refund to reflect the cost and risk of holding low-volume, made-to-order stock.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for postage costs.
  • Once we receive your item back in acceptable condition, you’ll be issued store credit for the value of your item, which can be used toward your replacement.
  • Store credit will be sent by email and is valid for 12 months.
  • Please check your junk email for your store credit code.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
